I live in Massachusetts and was connected to Michele through a local agent up here so most of my interactions and communications with Michele were via phone, text or email. Because of this and other reasons my situation as the client was a bit more difficult than the standard "can we look at this place this afternoon" situation. Through filtering through all of my options, getting all of my questions answered, previewing several locations via video chat or by sending me video clips of her walk-thru all the way down to finding the right place for me, Michele was wonderful. When I was finally able to create a "short list" and schedule an in-person visit, Michele made the most of my time ensuring that I was able to see everything that I needed to see. While the concept of buying/selling is the same everywhere, each state has its own rules, laws and local nuances and Michele was always sure that I had any questions or concerns answered as well as kept me on top of any imperative timelines during the closing process. I would absolutely work with her again and recommend her to anyone who asked.
