Michele became known to me by her video-ing my Mom’s recollections of the 1933 LB earthquake several years ago. When Mom passed, Michele was an obvious choice to interview and I am sooo glad I picked her to sell the house. Her suggestions were excellent about getting the house ready for its next adventure...... she had access to professional trades people but also took my choices if I had a different recommended person— she was so cheerful & responsive — and essential as I was out of state for some of the crucial events (inspections, etc.), especially at the end of the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Michele “K” ...she is oh so more than O“K” ...she became a trusted friend!
