In this tight market, a seller needs an agent that can help get the best offer and walk them through all the offers to make the best decisions in selling. Michele’s expertise was instrumental in my feeling like I made the best choice. After the contract; she was crucial to help me navigate the selling while buying a new place at the same time. There were a lot of moving parts and she was always available to answer all of my questions. While I plan on being in my home for decades…should I ever need to buy or sell again she’s my first call
