Michelle was top notch from market analysis, home staging and photos. An excellent online presentation of the home. Timing is everything in Real Estate and unfortunately we came to market in a downturn in the market. She strategically suggested new price points in relation to comparable houses in our market. She kept us on target and got us closed.
