We found Michele Browne by searching the Internet and reading people remarks, comments and reviews of each Realtor. We call 3 different Realtor's with Michele being one of them. Michele responded within the same day. We didn't list the house until 3 or 4 days later and surprisingly the other 2 Realtor's never responded in that time frame. Michele came to our home on a Sunday and we went through our home and she then spent time with us on how she likes to do business with her clients. First thing I liked hearing was that if we were not happy that we could fire her as our listing agent and find someone else. Typically you’re locked in for 6 months. In our minds this told us that Michele genuinely wanted to sell our home and do what she needed to in order to make that happen for us. She spent time in making sure she reviewed similar homes and options to provide us a low and high price to list our home at (Sharing those homes that she reviewed with us). Our home always came up at the top or near the top of the listings (Internet) in our area daily. We had several viewings. Our house was on the market for 27 days and we received an offer for our listed price. She kept us informed of all the things around the offer and counter offers until we settled. Our closing was in Charlotte and while she didn’t need to come down for it, she made a trip down for the 10 minutes it took for our signing. Albemarle is an hour plus away. I can't say enough wonderful thinks about Michele!! She is professional, knowledgeable and kind! She is the TOTAL PACKAGE!!! She has her clients' best interests at heart and genuinely cares. She also did an amazing job of keeping me calm during an extremely stressful process. I highly recommend Michele to any and everyone!!!
