She interfaced well with all realtors and inquiries and provided good references for moving-related services we needed. She kindly walked us through each of our concerns and next steps; through preparation, active listing, offer, negotiations, inspection, repairs, and closing. She handled our concerns very well. House went active on a Friday; we had our offer on Tuesday. Our house closed very timely and in good order.
