I recently purchased a North Myrtle Beach condo (09/23) and had the privilege of working with my real estate agent Michele Blase. From the moment Michele and I first communicated, I was extremely impressed with her knowledge of the area and her understanding of the type of investment property that I was looking for. To assist me with completing my property analysis, Michele quickly provided me with the history of the property's monthly expenses. If the expenses were not readily available, she contacted the HOA, as well as other sources to locate the data for me quickly. This allowed me to effectively assess the property to determine if the property was a good fit for me financially and if the property yielded a positive cash flow. Shortly after we began working, Michele became both my counselor :) and my trusted work horse! I was closing the property from out of state, so I needed an agent that was extremely reliable. Michele also provided me with advice during the closing process and surveyed the property with my wife and I (over Facetime) to ensure all was in place, offering suggestions here and there to improve the aesthetics of the spaces in the condo. The carrot on top was that Michelle was tremendously kind and generous, but assertive (on behalf of her client) when she needed to be.
