I encountered a lot of big bumps in the road when in the process of selling a house in Florida. Since I live out of state, I was not able to view the condition of the house. There were issues, too many to mention, with the occupants that Michele handled in a calm, professional and kind manner. Mind you, she managed to keep me calm over the phone.
