Michele is no-nonsense
I met Michele through work we were doing for our neighborhood association. It is clear she cares for this area and has a deep knowledge of the local market. She represented us in a house buy on Via Buena Vista in Monterey and quickly became a trusted advocate of our interests in a deal where the sellers (multiple interested parties) could not agree on terms. Though their side seemed chaotic, Michele was firm and clear about what they needed to do to make a sale. They got the message; we made a deal. Easy. Michele is wonderful.
