Michael had a lot of patience throughout our selling process. He consistently gave us market updates and was as professional as possible. He knows the market very well and would follow through on whatever he said he would. I did wish I would have been notified about showing times before they took place and once I did not receive a response over questions I had regarding a random person that he said was my lawyer advising a drop in price but I didn’t have a lawyer at the time. This could have been due to simple miscommunication which is where most issues usually stem from.
