Michael had a lot of patience throughout our selling process. He consistently gave us market updates and was as professional as possible. He knows the market very well and would follow through on whatever he said he would. I did wish I would have been notified about showing times before they took place and once I did not receive a response over questions I had regarding a random person that he said was my lawyer advising a drop in price but I didn’t have a lawyer at the time. This could have been due to simple miscommunication which is where most issues usually stem from. Aside from that, Michael is very direct and I am glad that he stayed with us as our agent despite our family issues. He was open to any questions and explained any process I was unclear on, as many times as I needed. I also appreciate that Michael was stern about receiving timely responses from us (two/joint owners), he kept his head in the game and kept us on track. We had already started looking, and had spoken to a mortgage agent who recommended Mike. He was able to jump in and walk us through two properties, and let us know the benefits and potential problems of each. He helped put together a reasonable offer, and helped us to justify to ourselves what was the correct next step (do we take a counter offer, or try to counter back, etc.).
