An excellent experience working with Mike. From the initial meeting where we discussed his services and pricing the property, to setting up the open house, reviewing offers, and closing escrow, everything went smoothly and as anticipated. Good communication throughout the process, friendly, and personable. His pricing recommendation and anticipated final price were spot on. One open house was on a Sunday - five offers received - and in escrow on Friday! Would absolutely use him again when buying or selling and certainly no hesitation referring him to others.
