This is the 3rd real estate transaction I've had with Mike over the last 24 years. He and I drove around in his car in 2002 and looked at tons of houses. We instantly became friends. We've called and laughed and joked and gone out to dinner and been a part of each other's lives forever now. In 2018 we sold and bought another house, and we just did it again in 2026. Throughout every interaction, Mike is amazing. He has such a breath of knowledge, and always keeps calm when things in the process don't go as expected. An excellent experience working with Mike. From the initial meeting where we discussed his services and pricing the property, to setting up the open house, reviewing offers, and closing escrow, everything went smoothly and as anticipated. Good communication throughout the process, friendly, and personable. His pricing recommendation and anticipated final price were spot on. One open house was on a Sunday - five offers received - and in escrow on Friday! Would absolutely use him again when buying or selling and certainly no hesitation referring him to others.
