As a foreign seller it proved complicated and I was confused at times

Michael went well above and beyond to sell my house. I live out of state, so being able to handle things during the sale such as minor repairs, coordination of vendors, placing my trash cans out on trash day, etc...was very difficult. Michael stepped up and completed some repairs himself and met contractors at the house during non- working hours. He also recommended specific contractors locally, that he knew could be trusted to get jobs completed at reasonable prices. Very loyal and trustworthy is how I would describe him. Recommend highly.
