Valiant and Astounding

Mr. Valencia was born to be a realtor. We were looking for a family home from out of state. Mr. Valencia listened to our needs and found the perfect place. We were unable to visit in person, so Mr. Valencia sent us videos of the home. He was very understanding of our concern commiting to house without being there. He really went above and beyond expectations and made the process simple for us. He even put my significant other (moderate - severe Italian woman) at ease. I am older generation individual ( I don't text). Mr. Valencia picked up on this quickly and would call or email me. I have no doubt he would have hand written me letters, if needed. If I ever purchase another home in the future, I honestly hope that I could use him as a realtor again. I can't say enough good stuff about him. 11/10.
