Upon initiating the process of purchasing a home I was very intimated. Mr. valencia advised me of all the benefits that were available to me, as an active duty member of the military. Since this was my first time buying a home and in a new area I knew Mr. Valencia’s experience would guide me in the right direction. I recommend Mr. Valencia 100%. Very good with communicating and explaining the whole process with patience and enthusiasm. It took 3 months from starting in the house hunting till we close, and never ever lost touch with him. When it came time for negotiations, he did so effectively. Overall, you are in good hands.
