Michael helped me find a home in a very complicated/buyer-beware Florida market where digging into the details for condominiums, Townhomes, and SFDs led us on a long journey to find the right place. He was extremely collaborative and listened to my objectives offering excellent guidance. He became a partner in the effort to the point that I felt comfortable buying the home remotely.
