We are so grateful for Michael and all his help! We’re a military family that got orders to move from Ohio to Nevada just after the holiday season. To say we felt stressed and overwhelmed is an understatement, but Michael eased our worries. Because we weren’t able to look at houses in person, he did all the tours for us while on FaceTime. He was able to point out details that we couldn’t see in person and ultimately just wanted us to find the perfect home for our family. He suggested a new build in a community that was currently being constructed. We had never gone that route before, but he helped point out that we’d be getting a better deal that way with the interest rate and what we were looking for in a house. He visited the community’s sales office and asked all the questions that we never would have thought to ask. He was determined to make sure we got our home for the time we needed when we moved out here. He helped us with making sure we completed all our paperwork and got everything in order. The day we closed on the house and officially met Michael in person, he felt like an old friend. We are so thankful for how hard he worked. We absolutely love our house and couldn’t be happier with this community!
