Michael was our second attempt with a realtor

Michael was our second attempt with a realtor. We were looking for a home from a distance. Michael fully determined our needs, figured out just what communities were appropriate, and put together a list of homes that fit our criteria. We were able to see them all in two days, on a single trip to the area. We found just the home and community that we wanted, and he helped us to negotiate an excellent deal. Then he made it easy to get through escrow and get the things done locally that were needed until our move. Great job!
