We almost literally bumped into Michael at an open house one Sunday. As it turned out, we wanted to see another property that his agency had. We knew no one, so called Michael. He always utilized that network to help provide insight and guidance on complicated issues that he had not previously encountered (it was an odd transaction full of issues for a relatively small purchase price). He also provided craftsman referrals utilizing those resources, in particular a wood floor refinisher who did a fantastic job! The last thing I would say about Michael is that for us, we not only found a realtor, we made a friend. He was very easy and fun to work with, and was extremely responsive, which from my background is highly valued. I would highly recommend working with Michael if you have a chance.
