Michael is truly the best! As a first time homebuyer, he was really patient with me, answered any question, and was incredibly prompt with communication. He walked me through every step of the process and was focused on finding the right home for me. He is knowledgeable and understanding. He also made it fun! Couldn’t recommend him enough!

We almost literally bumped into Michael at an open house one Sunday. As it turned out, we wanted to see another property that his agency had. We knew no one, so called Michael. He jumped into action and arranged that showing, as well as some others. We ultimately chose a smaller, less expensive condo that needed lots of realtor input, insight and guidance on the transaction. The unit was not only a fixer-upper, it ended up appraising for less than our offer. Michael helped us negotiate with the seller's agent and helped guide us through that dilemma. What we really appreciated was Michael's network and resources. He always utilized that network to help provide insight and guidance on complicated issues that he had not previously encountered (it was an odd transaction full of issues for a relatively small purchase price). He also provided craftsman referrals utilizing those resources, in particular a wood floor refinisher who did a fantastic job! The last thing I would say about Michael is that for us, we not only found a realtor, we made a friend. He was very easy and fun to work with, and was extremely responsive, which from my background is highly valued. I would highly recommend working with Michael if you have a chance.
