Michael Tagliere

Between family members, Mike has served as our agent for a combination of two sales and three purchases over the past ten years. Our latest sale was quite challenging due to housing market conditions and interest rate challenges, but Mike persevered with us through it all. Always patient and kind, he helped us navigate the waters of the sale with his unique combination of graciousness and expertise. He is the consummate professional and we are grateful to have him in our corner!

Having been in the real estate business for many years in California, Michael demonstrated a deep knowledge of the housing market in our target area. He took a personal interest in understanding our needs and preferences as we were moving into the area from across the country (east coast). His communication was most helpful via email, phone calls, texting and in-person. Michael's advice was thoughtful and timely at many steps along the way. In addition, we are especially thankful for his professionalism and advocating on our behalf with the buyer's agent when we encountered a time-critical schedule with the closing on our house in NJ prior to closing on our purchased property in CA.

This is the second time that we have used Michael Tagliere in purchasing a home. This particular time we were selling and purchasing through Him. There were so many unforeseen issues this time around but to say that Michael is a hard worker is not doing enough justice to the ways in which he helped our sale and purchase to go through. He even personally drove documents to hand deliver them 2 hours away in order to make sure that things were going smoothly. He was always ready to help, answer questions and work hard to complete both our sale and purchase. We appreciate Michael, would HIGHLY recommend him, and will not hesitate to use him again in the future.

During the COVID-19 era, Michael helped us buy our home in the SCV. We were in Virginia and moving to California, but flights were basically all shut down at the time forcing me to cancel my scouting trip to look at houses in person. Mike was really able to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home and advise us what parts of SCV would be good for us to live in. He did Facetime walk-throughs with us and we ended up buying a home from Virginia. We didn't see the home in person until we pulled up from our cross-country drive and the moving truck was already en-route. Mike did a fantastics job!
