I recently worked with Michael Mahoney and his team to sell my Wash Park home. I can't thank him enough for the above and beyond efforts he made. Michael and his team saved me after an inexperienced realtor priced my home way above (25 -30%) the market. When I fired the realtor and took the listing down, I was a wreck. A trusted friend recommended Michael and I am eternally grateful for the recommendation. Micheal and his team stepped in and took over with amazing staging (thanks to Doris), photos and support. He priced my home with the market knowledge that I had previously hoped for. Micheal and his team's actions spoke louder than words to assure me immediately that I was in the right place.
