Michael Stotesbery was fantastic to work with. He got my places sold quickly with a brief bidding war so that it sold for more than asking price. Also, he was unbelievably helpful in coordinating any help I needed (cleaners, painters, stagers, etc - he gave me great contacts) and was the only agent I talked to who was very honest and practical in terms of what was worth spending money on and what wasn’t. If I’d listened to others, I would have spent a lot of unnecessary $ on updates. He’s very low key and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Michael- he takes this stressful process and makes it easier…
