Janice and Michael made my first homebuying process efficient and easy and I would highly recommend working with them. Both were very communicative with details throughout the entire process and would let us know of new updates in a timely manner. I will absolutely be recommending them to others I know buying their first properties.

Can't say enough about my experience with Janice and Michael. They were very professional and easy to work with. I had complete confidence they would do a great job. I would recommend them to all.

We had such a great experience working with Michael and Janice! They were awesome! Always easy to communicate with and super supportive throughout the whole process. We had put in several offers on a home we really wanted and were starting to feel discouraged, but they never gave up and kept pushing for us. Thanks to their hard work and persistence, we were finally able to get the home we wanted and couldn’t be happier!

Michael, Janice and the whole CB team created an amazing experience as an experienced buyer. I can't say enough for the effort they exerted. Highly recommended! Paul Dieter
