He was prompt at sending new suggestions and arranging visits, and was adept at explaining the strengths and weaknesses not only of the house, but of the surrounding neighborhood. My wife and I found the house that worked for us in time for the wedding and with time to spare for wheelchair accessibility modifications. Michael and Janice were consistently professional and responded quickly if we needed anything. They made the home-buying experience as smooth as I could ask for as a first-time buyer.
