It’s a tricky situation to navigate family members who work for you. It can go either way and I typically avoid it at all costs. I admit I was hesitant to contract with our nephew because who wants to worry about potential awkwardness at Holiday dinners right? Add to that we were all faced with a very unpredictable New Orleans housing market climate of the last year and the added pressure of a National “tough” economy. However over the course of the nearly 7 months it took to sell our house Michael worked diligently to consistently market and negotiate the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property. There were serval challenges we needed to overcome especially on the purchase of our new home, in each and every instance Michael was on top of the situation with the same attention to details as we were and treated it as if it was his own property. A few times he was able to provide resolution to issues we hadn’t considered. I know he has and will do the same for all his clients. I would without a doubt recommend him.
