Michael Stawski is extremely knowledgeable and brings a level of real-world experience that really sets him apart. He stays on top of what’s happening in the real estate market right now and knows how to use that knowledge to his clients’ advantage. What impressed me most is how he thinks outside the box and approaches a deal from different angles. During walkthroughs and inspections, he has a great eye and caught things I would have easily overlooked. He doesn’t just show you a property—he’s analyzing it, pointing things out, and thinking several steps ahead. He’s also an excellent negotiator. His knowledge and negotiating skills actually saved me money on my deal, while making sure my best interests were protected throughout the process. There are very few people I trust when it comes to major real estate decisions, but Michael is absolutely one of them. I wouldn’t have anyone else handle my real estate deals going forward.

Michael is the absolute best agent you could ever ask for if you're purchasing (or selling) a home in New Orleans! He showed me over 20 houses in a very short time before I put an offer, and practically held my hand from inspection period to closing! Born and raised in the area, he is incredibly knowledgable about the housing market, and has a deep understanding of construction, which goes a long way when trying to select a home. I recently purchased a lot with help of Michael, and honestly, he made the whole thing so easy I kept wondering what the catch was. Spoiler: there wasn’t one. I just recently bought a home with Michael as my representative. Overall, I had a great experience with Michael. I’ve dealt with several other real estate agents before, and none of them have fought for my wellbeing to the extent that Michael did. Furthermore, the people he associates himself with are top notch! My mortgage loan was not a slam dunk by any means, but he was able to connect me to a loan officer who was able to think innovatively and who listened to me, which eventually opened up the door for closing on my property. Overall, I’m just really thankful that Michael and I’s paths crossed when it did, and I’m super appreciative for his help in walking me through the process. Michael and his business partner Tim were very effective as my agents. They held multiple showings and shared any/all feedback with me. Michael always answers his phone or calls back immediately.
