Michael is the absolute best agent you could ever ask for if you're purchasing (or selling) a home in New Orleans! He showed me over 20 houses in a very short time before I put an offer, and practically held my hand from inspection period to closing! Born and raised in the area, he is incredibly knowledgable about the housing market, and has a deep understanding of construction, which goes a long way when trying to select a home. He won't let you buy a lemon, that's for sure! We dealt with very challenging sellers, and Michael did everything in his power to mitigate the risks and make it as smooth as possible. Michael ended up being at the property more than the sellers during the inspection period just to make sure the repairs were being made properly! He TRULY goes above and beyond for his clients. My husband and I sold our house in Bridgedale in Metairie and Mike has truly surpassed all of my expectations and went above and beyond for everything that we needed, including taking care of our lawn pressure washing the house and bringing a cleaning lady to get our house ready for sale.
