Michael truly went above and beyond to help me close the deal on my first home. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns, knowledgeable in a competitive market, excellent in negotiations, and helpful every step of the way. Awesome agent! Went above and beyond in a very competitive sellers market. He is what you want in an agent. Knowledgeable, skilled in the negotiation process and definitely looks out for his buyers throughout the entire process. This wasn’t our first home purchase, more like the 6th or 7th, and Michaels skills made the process so much easier. Highly recommend. Would definitely use him again if we sell or purchase anything.
Michael helped me buy my first property/condo. Not only was he super knowledgeable and responsive, he also negotiated $15,000 in concessions/seller paid closing costs for me! I also walked into an extra $5,000 of extra equity on top of that! I would highly recommend him to anyone/everyone. BEST REALTOR EVER! I’ld give him a 10 out of 10 if I could
Great to work with, will recommend to my friends and family.
This is our 6th home purchase. So we are well versed in buying a home. Michael was awesome. Went above and beyond. Answered the phone! Every time! Answered our questions. Asked questions on our behalf BEFORE we thought to ask. Looked after us like family. Great service can be hard to find nowadays. Not when dealing with Michael. You won’t regret using him as your agent. He is knowledgeable of the market and can direct you to financing options if needed after a sale. Highly Recommend!
