Michael explained every detail of the process from determining the best listing price, took care of scheduling needed maintenance and repairs, and helped me fill out the required paperwork. There were many details involved and Michael took care of everything in timely and professional manner, my house sold within a few days.

Michael has helped us out not once, but twice! He helped my husband purchase our 1st home, and then a few years later he was able to help my grandmother find the perfect single story home for her! He is really great at listening and understanding what we were looking for in our home, and also was great after the closing in providing recommendations for businesses to help with home repairs, etc. Wonderful to work with him, he made the process easier!

Michael was personable, fun, and informative. He guided us through the quick process , since we were from the Camp Fire here in Calif. Since we lost everything from the fire, Michael was sensitive to our needs and found the perfect home for us. He also went beyond our expectations and moved himself the washer/dryer, and put in all required smoke alarms. His recommendation for a contractor was spot on.
