I’ve been working with michael for many years with purchasing and selling various houses. i’ve always felt i’ve received the necessary knowledge on each transaction from him about anything along the way so that i felt confident proceeding. He is very knowledgeable not only during the purchase/sell of a home but also has an eye for things that may be an issue while viewing homes. i will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

Michael explained every detail of the process from determining the best listing price, took care of scheduling needed maintenance and repairs, and helped me fill out the required paperwork. There were many details involved and Michael took care of everything in timely and professional manner, my house sold within a few days.

Michael is very knowledgeable about the market. He was also a great help with some home repairs I needed to make prior to selling the house (a nice added bit of expertise you don’t see with most agents). I have already recommended Michael to a friend.

Michael Snider is an exceptionally well mannered, professional young man. He was recommended to me by another, very dear friend Realtor, who felt Michael was much more experienced in finding the right home for me, in the area that was the most desirable for me. I moved from a four bedroom, family home and wanted to downsize, considerably. Michael was so knowledgeable, kind, considerate and proved to make sure that not only was I well represented, but the seller, as well. Michael made sure that both of us were equally satisfied with the sale, and had all the paperwork properly taken care of. He was extremely easy to work with, answered any questions, was honest and considerate. In my opinion, he was the best choice, and I'm proud that I, and my family were able to work with him. He's a wonderful young man. Professionally, I think he's one of THE BEST.

Michael has helped us out not once, but twice! He helped my husband purchase our 1st home, and then a few years later he was able to help my grandmother find the perfect single story home for her! He is really great at listening and understanding what we were looking for in our home, and also was great after the closing in providing recommendations for businesses to help with home repairs, etc. Wonderful to work with him, he made the process easier!
