Michael recently help me sell my condominium in West Hollywood. Prior to working with him, he was selling another unit in my building which he got top dollar for. What impressed me most is he came up with a creative solution to stage my apartment, helped with the design, and got us more than we asked for when there were other units in the building that were for sale at the same time and got much less. I'm a tough person to satisfy, but Michael is a professional from start to finish. I give him my highest recommendation.
