We came from Canada to California and contacted our Canadian bank branch in the US to help us buying our first home here. Based on the location we were looking to buy a house, they referred us Michael Rescigno. Canadians are known to be calm, extremely polite people but it is the American Michael Rescigno that has shown all those qualities more than any other Canadian I have ever met. What a pleasure working with him, explaining in details to non-Americans like my wife and I, each and every process along the way, from house hunting, to visiting homes, to extending offers, to negotiating, to inspecting, lending, and th list goes on and on. I highly recommend his services and will definitely use it again, the day we decide to sell our home to buy another one!

I have had several real estate dealings with Michael over the course of about 20 years... all of which were favorable. My most recent however, was the sale of a home, where the BUYER's lender and agent were (IMO) less than impressive in their stewarding of their end of the process, and (in my mind) even the buyer's home inspector's integrity came into question at one point. In short, their seemed to be too many "issues" and "delays" on the buyer's side of the negotiations... to the point that I was irritated enough to cancel escrow. BUT... Michael's professionalism, patience, tact, working knowledge of the process, and diligent follow-up at every step (along with numerous calming phone calls to me), made the "rough waters" seem like "gentle ripples", thereby salvaging what appeared to be a lost cause. Thank you Michael, your experience and abilities changed what could have been a very stressful sale... into a walk in the park. On a side note, one of the numerous agents showing the property, recognized Michael's talents (mentioned above) and asked him to be their steward/mentor should they ever have questions. High praise, if you ask me.

Working with Michael was effortless. He communicated with me when things would come up and took care of everything in a timely fashion. Closed escrow sooner than we thought and over asking. I would definitely work with Michael again !
