My experience with Michael as my realtor was delightful! Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was patient as well. He took the time to explain the different funding options so I could make the best decision for my purchase. His has great interpersonal skills and he was always available to answer my question. Did I mention he is great with communicating. He negotiated the selling price in my best interest and we ended up with an accepted offer. I highly recommend Michael, he definitely put the “real” in real estate.

Michael is very well versed in the realtor market. Michael welcomed all the questions, and was able to provide all the answers I needed. What stuck out most about Michael was his patience and availability through the process. Michael availed himself at times when I knew it was probably not so convenient. Michael absolutely went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a memorable. I would recommend Michael to anyone who is in the market of buying, and or selling a house. Michael is a a very professional realtor.

Finding a home can be exhausting and tedious however having a good Realtor can make the biggest difference in ones buying experiences. That’ was my situation, having Michael as my agent was the best thing ever happened during the buying process ! I had quite a few other Realtors that showed interest but Michael allowed me the opportunity to affiliate with them while he still worked with me ! Something I learned I should not have done . But Michael was patient and humble he went above and beyond making sure my family owns a home again after 7 years of homelessness ! I recommend him to everyone interested in buying a home , he will work for you !
