I had a tough property to sell - a mobile home with a tenant who made it difficult to show. There was a lot to deal with when the tenant finally moved out and left behind an unshowable mess. Michael restrategized with me and he coordinated the cleaners and electrician so that I didnt have to worry about it. He made sure I didn't do unnecessary work. We immediately got multiple offers within a very short time and couldn't have been happier at closing.
