Mike did a great job. We only looked at a few properties he knew what we were looking for so he didn't waste time with properties that were not on our list. He was able to get us into a property at the last minute and did so according to our schedule. He facilitated all of the negotiations found us a mortgage company and helped us through the closing processes.
