We had a fantastic experience with Mike. We originally contacted my back in the early part of the summer to discuss selling our property and he advised us, based on the market conditions, that it might make sense for us to wait a couple of months because he felt that the values in our community we’re going up based upon local market trends. This strategy enabled us to sell the property for more than the price that we wanted, where if we had done it earlier we may not have gotten the price we needed to sell the property. Not only did he get us a fantastic price for the property but he facilitated everything very smoothly for us, as we were out of state, non-owner occupant investors of this property. Mike did a great job. We only looked at a few properties he knew what we were looking for so he didn't waste time with properties that were not on our list. He was able to get us into a property at the last minute and did so according to our schedule. He facilitated all of the negotiations found us a mortgage company and helped us through the closing processes. Mike provided up to the minute status which at times wasn't easy because we live in another state. We settled in June with out any issues. Awesome job Mike.
We used Michael to help us find a house to buy. We had quite a few specifications that we wanted (no HOA, single-story, garage, etc.). He did not waste our time by showing us houses that did not meet these requirements. He was excellent with communication, responding quickly to any questions or concerns we had.
