Michael went above and beyond to sell my condo. He immediately and correctly priced the unit so that within a couple of days we received an offer for the asking price. Then there were numerous hurtles that he overcame by either doing research or working with the coop board and the title company. I've known Michael for over 2 decades now. I know him personally to be warm, friendly, and easy to be around. I finally had an opportunity to work with Michael in his capacity as a real estate professional. And I'm glad I did. I knew Mike had a history in this business in the Pennsylvania area previously with a reputation for success. That's no easy feat in an industry where there are so many agents.
