Consider it sold!
We never had a worry about selling our house once we signed on with Mike. He took care of everything. He did his research so we knew we would get the best price. Not only did he photograph the house but had a 360 video online so people got to see the entire house. He let us know in advance when there was a showing so we were always prepared. He had everything ready for closing so the process was seamless. We have worked with Mike on 6 houses and will always use him for our housing needs.
