Working with Michael (and Stephanie) has been an AMAZING experience! It almost felt like he was own personal secretary and only worked for me. From answering emails at 2am to sending me videos of each and every property link that I sent making sure I was happy with what I purchased. He wasnt interested in his commission alone as he steared me away from a more expensive house because he felt it would have issues down the road and when we found a house at the lower end of our budget and we were happy with the price and he and stephanie were all over it. He was on top of getting all inspections done and making sure all issues in the house were taken care of prior to purchase. My wife and I bought this house as an investment and immediately hired Michael as a manager for the property. He listed the property as a rental and had it rented withing 24 hours!!!!! Had 5 showings in 1 day. He is like a machine! He even went to check on the property after a storm and noticed a small tree came down, within 24 hours tree was removed and mulch was placed in order to make HOA happy before anything was even an issue. I can literally keep going forever!

Until now, I had a fairly low opinion of realtors in general, but not after choosing Mike and Stephanie to help me sell my house. I interviewed several realtors before selecting Mike and I'm glad I did. I got an offer I ended up accepting within 26 days of putting the house on the market. Mike and Stephanie had 3 open houses within a few weeks and the offer came from one of them. They baked cookies and even decorated for an Easter weekend showing. I had a few repairs needed to get the house ready to go on the market and they referred me to a handyman who was so reasonably priced and so competent I still can't believe my luck. Mike kept me constantly updated. He spoke to every realtor who showed the house to get feedback. He really stayed on top of it. Mike was very skilled at negotiating the price, handling the post inspection issues and everything that came up through closing. I highly recommend Mike if your considering selling your house. I am confident you won't regret it.
