Their local expertise and research skills provided us with all the necessary comps to appropriately price our house for the highest amount possible- and we GOT IT!! Their formula and multi-faceted approach to sell your house has proven itself with us. We sold within 24 hours of our first open house for FULL LIST PRICE! Honestly what more could you ask for?? Oh wait, serious negotiation skills? CHECK! The appraiser wanted to come in with a lowball estimate but Mike's research and persuasive genius got him back up to list price. Honestly, these guys put in the time and the effort and make sure their job is done to the utmost and highest standard. We hit a few other "snags" along the way that could have blew up the entire sale but Mike expertly diffused those bombs. My only regret is moving out of South Florida and not being able to work with the Perrault Group in my future home buying and selling transactions because I honestly don't want to work with anyone less capable, professional and knowledgeable then them. They have set an insurmountable standard that I don't think I will find another realty group capable of achieving.

Until now, I had a fairly low opinion of realtors in general, but not after choosing Mike and Stephanie to help me sell my house. I interviewed several realtors before selecting Mike and I'm glad I did. I got an offer I ended up accepting within 26 days of putting the house on the market. Mike and Stephanie had 3 open houses within a few weeks and the offer came from one of them. They baked cookies and even decorated for an Easter weekend showing. I had a few repairs needed to get the house ready to go on the market and they referred me to a handyman who was so reasonably priced and so competent I still can't believe my luck. Mike kept me constantly updated. He spoke to every realtor who showed the house to get feedback. He really stayed on top of it. Mike was very skilled at negotiating the price, handling the post inspection issues and everything that came up through closing. I highly recommend Mike if your considering selling your house. I am confident you won't regret it.

Although we were not in the market to move from our Condo in Boca Raton, occasionally I google Zillow & came across a property (not too far from where we live) that peaked our interest! My husband & I made an appt to see it,,,hence, our introduction to MICHAEL PERRAULT-REMAX! First impression upon meeting Mike -- personable, knowledgeable, no pressure, patient -- very responsive to all of our inquiries. Working with Mike and Steph to sell my condo was by far the easiest and most pain free real estate experience I’ve ever had. For a first-time seller they made the experience as simple possible and thoroughly explained the different ways this could go to me up front, prior to me even signing the agreement to sell with them. When I say everything I mean they took care of EVERYTHING, bringing in a handyman to fix things around the house to make it more presentable to sell, having a cleaning service come in, changing the locks because I lost the key, they provide a level of service that I have not seen matched by any other realtor(s). In the future I will refer all friends and family to work with Mike and Steph because I know they will be in good hands.

Working with Michael (and Stephanie) has been an AMAZING experience! It almost felt like he was own personal secretary and only worked for me. From answering emails at 2am to sending me videos of each and every property link that I sent making sure I was happy with what I purchased. He wasnt interested in his commission alone as he steared me away from a more expensive house because he felt it would have issues down the road and when we found a house at the lower end of our budget and we were happy with the price and he and stephanie were all over it. He was on top of getting all inspections done and making sure all issues in the house were taken care of prior to purchase. My wife and I bought this house as an investment and immediately hired Michael as a manager for the property. He listed the property as a rental and had it rented withing 24 hours!!!!! Had 5 showings in 1 day. He is like a machine! He even went to check on the property after a storm and noticed a small tree came down, within 24 hours tree was removed and mulch was placed in order to make HOA happy before anything was even an issue. I can literally keep going forever!

Love my realtor Michael G Perrault. He went above and beyond to get us a house in a short notice. He answered all the questions that we need to know and even do a preliminary check before we go see the house. He researched the house fully such as bank owned house, property history, comps at the area's, ages of the roof, ac, appliances...etc. Most of all, he is so passionate at what he is doing.
