We were first time buyers, we asked Michael to help us look in a city he wasn't familiar with. My wife and I didn't know the area that well either. He was able to get us out there and in one day we saw a house in each neighborhood. We chose our favorite neighborhood and continued to look around it. Then one became available with a detached garage, four houses away from a park, in a great school district. A house that checks all the boxes was up for grabs. Pellegrini knew exactly what we needed to do the win the house and we did just that. Greatest acheivment in my life and this man was a key part in it. Mike was absolutely terrific to work with, I can’t recommend him highly enough. When we wanted to see a house, he had us in there the next day (even with the COVID restrictions). He was extremely responsive, patient when we had questions, knew exactly how hard to push when negotiating, and just had a really good sense for what kind of house would fit us best. Our purchase process was extremely complicated (we did not make it easy for him), and he was on it every step of the way.
