This very personable young man has made my first Florida real estate experience so easy & enjoyable. His local knowledge impressed me & he was willing & able to go above & beyond what I had expected. He made me feel that I was a special client but I’m sure he does the same for all of his clients. Dealing with Michael from New York by texts & emails was a breeze because he was very responsive to my needs. We searched for a few months before finding my new home & he was super patient with my inexperience. I love my new condo & can’t wait to live there full time. Mike did an excellent job of managing our transaction. We were living in Oregon when we decided to relocate to Florida. After some investigation on the internet about communities North Of the Palm Beaches and South of St Augustine, we began to zero in on the Treasure Coast. Mike was very helpful as we identified Harbour Ridge as our community of choice. Despite the time differences and a VERY compact time horizon Mike made every event happen. We closed without a hitch and more importantly without any unpleasant surprises. He is an accomplished professional.

The last time I bought a home was in 1998. When my daughter recommended Mike, I had no expectations or experience dealing with a realtor and Mike put all my fears to rest. He was available at all hours day or night through email or phone and answered all my questions very thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable of the entire buying/selling process and gets results. He makes great recommendations for inspectors and closing companies and ultimately is looking out for the buyer's bottom line. He is detail oriented and looks over a home as if he were buying it himself. He "held my hand" right up and through the closing, always putting me at ease about my new investment!
