Mike was referred to me by my employer during my relocation to assist with our home sale. It was a great experience working with him. When I met Mike, I told him I needed him to be always reachable and prompt in his communication and he never disappointed. He helped is guide thru the process, hired a professional photographer to click pictures and videos for our home and also hired someone to draw out our home floor plan to clear a confusion around the total square footage of the home. After we had already relocated to a different city, Mike was of great help to take care of some minor issues buyers had identified during their inspection. He helped is arrive at a good sale price and helped during the negotiation. Overall, we were very pleased to work with Mike and will not hesitate to refer him or hire him ourselves if needed.
