I am very pleased with the outcome of selling my home in a downward market. Blair Richardson, with his great market knowledge, was able to seek out a specific group of buyers to sell to. His communication skills were top notch and he knows exactly what to convey and not convey to the buyers to get "TOP DOLLAR" for your property. His professionalism from the start to the end of the selling process was incredible and I sure would use him again if the opportunity presented itself. Blair Richardson also took the time to explain all of the ends and outs of the property selling business answering any and all questions so that I would have complete knowledge to come to a reasonable decision about selling my property. His communication skills are bar none to anyone else. He is very professional and explains that he is there for you as a resource to get your property sold. His experience in selling property gives him the knowledge to sell your home or property professionally and in a timely manner. He is also punctual for giving updates of your property. If he says he will contact you on a date and time you can be assured that you will get that call. In conclusion, I would not hesitate to call Blair Richardson again to sell any of my properties in the future.

I could not have had a smoother first-time home buying experience. In the age of instant information, we expect fast responses and agents that are attentive to our needs. Blair and Christie exceeded my expectations in every way and did a wonderful job ushering me through my first home-buying process! Through their combined relationships, partnerships, and knowledge they were able to put us in a position to beat out 8 other offers on our dream home (and we weren’t even the highest bidder)!! Blair and Christie helped me get creative with our offer so that we could put ourselves in a winning position, and it worked! After some research of my own…I took all of their recommendations with regard to financing, inspections, due diligence, negotiations, and insurance and I have saved money at every turn! We won the deal. We got favorable terms. We bought our dream home. Yes, those things happen all the time with other real estate agents. Mike was referred to me by my employer during my relocation to assist with our home sale. It was a great experience working with him. When I met Mike, I told him I needed him to be always reachable and prompt in his communication and he never disappointed. He helped is guide thru the process, hired a professional photographer to click pictures and videos for our home and also hired someone to draw out our home floor plan to clear a confusion around the total square footage of the home. After we had already relocated to a different city, Mike was of great help to take care of some minor issues buyers had identified during their inspection. He helped is arrive at a good sale price and helped during the negotiation. Overall, we were very pleased to work with Mike and will not hesitate to refer him or hire him ourselves if needed.
