We put the home on the market right before the pandemic hit. We had a unique and beautiful home, but was the highest priced home in the neighborhood. Frankly Mr. Mike Moore did not give up on us. We had an issue closing the home timely due to the changes in the funding of conventional loans for a Self-Employed S-Corps and he did not leave the challenge to chance. He continue to provide funding option after funding option to my wife and I until we found one that would fund the remainder of the loan. If this loan does not get done, my wife and I would have to have had to rent and with 2 dogs, 3 cats and a horse, that does not happen very easily. That brings us to why it is so great to be working with Mike is that our previous agent would have tossed in the towel as this would have been too much for her to handle. Mike pressed on and provided a fiduciary response like no other agent we have dealt with previously.
