Working with Michael Moore was very enjoyable despite a number of snags in the process. One of the issues is we rented our home to friends for January through March so we did not want to bother them. When repair work needed to be done, Mike had reliable workmen who took care of things. Since we had moved out of state, we relied on Mike to keep us in the loop about how things were going and what needed to be done. He was prompt and professional in every instance. He explained all of the steps along the way and never minded being asked to check on things for us. He was easy to talk to and always made us feel comfortable about the process. He definitely went the extra mile to make things go smoothly.
