My wife and I started "casually looking" (always dangerous) at homes in late October / November 2025. We submitted a request for a showing through Zillow and connected with Michael. We had no prior contact with him and despite having used a different realtor for a prior purchase decided to work with Michael. Throughout the buying process Michael was able to quickly connect us to reliable resources (inspector, lawyer, lender, etc) so that we could have a pretty quick closing - despite the holidays. We put an offer in the night before thanksgiving and had a successful closing by December 31st. We highly recommend Michael for your real estate needs. He's someone who will care about the home your purchasing, almost as much as you do.
