Mike is an incredibly knowledgeable and understanding guide through what has to be the craziest real estate market in the country, probably of all time. He knows the history of the neighborhoods, the developers and developments, the ins and outs of the process, and treats you like a member of his family to make sure you find the exact right home for you and your family. He kept us from panicking in a panicky market, and helped us make wise decisions on which properties to explore and which to run away from. We are so happy with the end result and love our new home. We would happily recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell in the East Bay, especially Lamorinda or Walnut Creek area.

First of all, Michael is very professional, and, importantly is well versed in completing the reams of required paperwork. I chose him because he knows the market, is very skilled in prep for sale, advising on response to the various inspections and potential trouble spots. He communicates very very well, both verbal and written emails, etc. He is a contractor so he gives very good advice and completes many jobs himself without calling in outside help. I would choose him again in a heartbeat.
