Mike got us much more than we expected for our house. He really knows the market. He is very detail oriented and on on the ball to make sure the process runs smoothly. As first time buyers in an extremely fast-moving and competitive market, there were numerous mistakes and pitfalls we could have fallen in. Luckily, we had Michael who was with use every step of the way. He was extremely responsive, setting up video walkthroughs of any property we expressed an interest in, often the same day, despite the multiple deals he was handling every single day.
