"Some people are born to help others, and this is definitely true with Mike. He helped us through every step of buying our home. He was there to answer our questions and provided the best assistance when we needed it. Mike gave us a list of numbers for calling to change over utilities, and names of vendors who could help with minor repairs. Mike was always available to give guidance through the whole process. We would highly recommend Mike when buying a home."

We highly recommend Michael as a real estate agent. He was our RE agent when we bought a house 4 years ago and he paid attention to every detail. Recently, he listed our rental property. He is very knowledgeable about each step involved. He takes the time to answer any questions and makes the whole process low stress. He is very professional and ethical. You won't be disappointed!"

“My experience with Michael as my realtor was excellent. He is highly skilled at his craft and addressed all of my concerns immediately. It was clear that he genuinely loves his profession. I would gladly recommend him to any prospective buyer. God bless him in all his endeavors!” Alice Scott

We have had the pleasure of working with Mike on 2 home purchases and 1 home sale. Every interaction is efficient, respectful and accurate. We have referred Mike (with positive outcomes) on home purchases with 3 other friends as well as my parents. To say I recommend Mike is an understatement; he is easy to recommend because of his knowledge, confidence, negotiation skills and ability to stay on top of every detail and keep us updated with the information along the way. We never questioned where we were in the process because Mike proactively sends those details.

Mike is an amazing agent. He is super knowledgeable and really makes you feel like you are top priority. Mike made sure we had every question answered and no ask was too much for Mike. If you want an agent who is truly looking out for your best interest Mike is the one. There are not enough words to express the gratitude we have for all he did for my family and I we are truly grateful that we had Mike as our agent. 100% would recommend him to all my family and friends.

This is the third property I purchased thru Mike. Although the first 2 properties were purchased almost 10 years ago I decided to stick with him because he seems to have a good handle on the real estate market in Las Vegas. And I am very happy I did. He is on top of everything, from negotiating, recent market trends, repairs, comparables, etc. Should I decide to purchase a 4th property in Las Vegas, I would definitely go through him again.

Mike was extremely attentive and went above and beyond negotiating for me every step of the way. We were able to negotiate below asking price and even managed to get me an expected credit for repairs! I never had to reach out for updates or status because he is on top of timelines and anticipates next steps to ensure we closed on time. I was out of the state at the time of purchase and he made sure to accommodate both my schedule and location. He was not salesy or pushy during our search and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be recommending him to my sphere of influence.

Michael is a top real estate professional who guided me through the entire sales process. His local knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end transaction cycle is first rate; happy to thoroughly recommend him for your real estate transaction.

Michael was professional, understanding and patient above and beyond. can we offer more than 5 stars? He was more than helpful - he gave good advice about pricing the property and helped keep us in reality. He shepherded the deal - with all its complications - to a successful end. We do not have more properties in Vegas but if we did we would certainly want to use him again!

Mike is hands down the best agent we have worked with. He understands his role (whether it’s on the buying or listing side) and is very good at working for and understanding his client. He is a veteran with over two decades of experience in residential real estate and is heads and shoulders above his competition in regards to his knowledge and network. We would recommend Mike with 100% confidence to anybody looking for support whether it’s on the buying or listing side.

This may sound like an exaggeration, but if I could give Michael a 10 out of 5, I would! We bought a home in Vegas while still living 1800 miles away and never once did Michael let us down. From viewings, negotiations and financing Michael was on top of everything. He monitored everything to help things move along and stay on time. We felt 100% confident that Michael would make sure everything went smoothly for us. One of the best realtors we have ever had, 6 states and 8 houses later.

Michael went above and beyond to make our experience of selling my aunt's house (from across the country) seamless. He was always available to answer questions and help us with whatever needed to be done. He was always professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to sell in the Henderson area!
