We purchased a house in Laguna Niguel with Michael as our realtor. He is a true professional! Hands down the best experience we've had compared with any realtor we've worked with in the past. Sadly, we were dealing with a challenging and unfair seller, once again Michael went above and beyond to help us. He was extremely protective in fighting for our rights as his clients. He held our hand every step of the way and made daily trips to OC for every meeting to be present in person and manage the transaction. His recommendations and referrals were spot on, the house inspection revealed many many issues that the seller had not disclosed. He referred us to three places to shop for loans, they were all excellent teams. On days that he was not in OC he checked in on us via text and phone daily for any support we needed. After escrow closed, we needed help with GC's for remodeling and of course Michael came to the rescue. All and all it was a 10 star experience with Michael!
